As was shared on our site FAQ's, we had to move fulfillment centers. To accommodate this move, our processing time was changed to 14 days. Unfortunately, moving is not ideal in the best of times and processing and stocking inventory has taken a little bit longer than we had hoped. I can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Happiness Manager and that per your request the fifth item that had not yet shipped was cancelled & removed from your order.
